Enjoy the experience of Crystal & Sound Healing with beautiful
crystal pieces and the ancient sounds of hand battered Tibetan singing bowls.
Our chakras and body resonates at different frequencies. The cleansing tunes and frequencies of Sound, assists with the body’s ability to be in alignment or sit at the optimal resonance. Crystals have their own unique frequency. When placed on certain energy centres or Chakras, the body will begin to resonate with that crystal and raise its frequency to match.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CRYSTAL & SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing has been shown to improve sleep, calm the mind. Cleanses and balances the Chakras, assist with stress and anxiety reduction and pain relief.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A CRYSTAL & SOUND HEALING SESSION?
Sessions form part of the Energy & Frequency Trio Package. They are held in person in Karrinyup on a massage table, fully clothed with a blanket or sheet over you if preferred.
We will begin with a short breathing exercise to connect the breathe, body and the mind. Crystals may either be placed on the Chakra points on the body or a Crystal pendulum may be used to determine which Chakras need balancing.
The Tibetan bowls will be played around your head and body or may be placed on the body if intuitively guided.
